INGREDEINTS:

For this Big Mac Bowl Recipe you will need to grab a few simple ingredients:  


  • 1 lb of Ground Beef
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 Hearts of Romaine, chopped
  • 1 Red Onion, Diced
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • Sesame Seeds for Garnish
For the Special Sauce:

You can always use Thousand Island Dressing, but if you want to make this a little more special, here's how.  

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 tsp White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder





INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare the Ground Beef:  In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat.  Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.  Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking 
  2. Make the Special Sauce:  In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.  Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.  
  3. Assemble the Big Mac Bowls:  In serving bowls, start with a base of shredded iceberg lettuce.  Top with cooked ground beef.  Add a layer of diced red onions.  Add a layer of dill pickles.  Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.  Drizzle the special sauce generously over each bowl.  Garnish with sesame seeds for that classic Big Mac touch.
